Our vision statement is to see the 100%of children make it to grade 12 and for the 20% schools in South Africa to function well. To turn the unequal education system to be equal so that 200 learners who start school do well enough to study engineering and medicine.
Mission statement of Ikamva youth is to enable disadvantaged youth to pull themselves and each other out of poverty and into tertiary education or employment .

In 2022 despite constant school closures,class platooning and various other covid-19 challenges, wr have proven the power of after school intervention. 90% of our 2021 matriculants passed, over 500 young peopleand 79% are eligible to studyat a tertiary institution.

Ikamva youth is a non profit organisation that helps learners with their studies especially maths and science. Ikamva is launching its learning programme from May in order to help learners prepare for their mid term exams. Ikamva is going to offer learners the opportunity to study on weekends for grade 11 and 12 learners. A lot of learners come to study on an empty stomach Ikamva will now provide food for learners that come to study with them.To join the programme please give us a call or email.
